Hole 15 - Par 5, 604 Yards

The longest hole on the course also requires the player to think strategically from the moment he or she steps on the tee.  A tee shot that favors the left side and challenges the bunker will provide the most options.  With a tailwind, “Position A” left of center in the fairway will make giving the green a go in two awfully tempting.  A wide fairway also allows a drive right of center, but this will virtually guarantee that the player must layup to the island fairway on the second shot.  Both 150 yards out in the main fairway and the entire left island fairway provide ample opportunities for birdies.  The player that goes in two is forced to hit a precise left-to-right shot, and brings the marsh into play.  Those that find safety with their second will be rewarded with an approach to a green that is mostly flat but cascades gently from back to front.  More than birdie here might be giving shots back to the field in tournament play.
