Mr. Ballyntyne’s former vacation estate overlooks the fourth green.  Since the club opened, this Manor House is now typically used to quarter the Members who chose to stay at the club on the weekends. An elevated tee with water front and left means club selection is key.  An approach to the middle of the green is ok, but with three tiers, a better shot is to challenge the pin to avoid three-putt treachery.
